Terms of Service
PropertySalt ("the service") is operated by Trex Media ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Who can use the service
The service is built for real estate professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
Your account
You agree to give accurate details and to keep them current. One person should not share a single login with others outside their own team. We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms or the law.
Acceptable use
- You own, or have permission to use, every image, floor plan, logo and property detail you upload.
- You will not post anything false, misleading or unlawful, and you will follow the advertising rules of the relevant property authority in your market.
- You will not misuse the service to impersonate another broker or agency, or to scrape, overload or reverse engineer the platform.
Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content only so we can provide the service to you, for example rendering your brochures, posters and carousels and hosting the public share pages you choose to create. We do not sell your content.
Broker verification (BRN)
Any broker number check is made against our own periodically imported copy of a public register, not a live call to the authority. A "verified" result reflects that imported copy at the date shown and is not legal or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for holding a valid licence and for your own regulatory compliance.
Share links
When you create a public share link for a listing, the details and photos on that listing become viewable by anyone who has the link. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish and for removing a link when it is no longer current.
Plans, credits and payment
The service offers free and paid tiers. During the current beta the service is free, and any plan changes may be applied without charge while billing is being finalised. When paid billing goes live we will make the price and terms clear before you are charged. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees and any used credits are non-refundable.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may add, change or remove features over time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the service. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. Some content may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion, in line with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. When we make a material change we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. If you use the service to advertise property, you remain responsible for following the advertising and licensing rules of the market where the property is located, including Dubai and the wider UAE.
